Hi
i saw some problems with Quicksave and Reshade 5.5.0 , the Game Freeze , but i can play and hear Sounds , seems like a Overlay Problem , Quick Load Works i had try also with older Reshade 5.4.2 , and of course with no Filters , but is the Same !
Tested Version : 0.93.000-14-g80f9ca12
I hope you wan't keep the Support with Reshade and TFE

It is probably the way the screenshot is captured. However I don't plan on changing the TFE code to fix a Reshade issue at this time (or other external applications). (Maybe after version 1.0)

i have Tested with another Key Bindings : F5 or Numepad 1 , is the same
i have find a another Bug , because the Key Changing , default is ALT F5 ok , but i can Set back ALT F5 , CTRL , ALT + another Key won't work !
I will wait if you have Released 1.0 , and then Report this the Reshade Team !

You have to start holding "Alt" before you left-click on the control. You can also reset all input mappings to defaults.

@lucius ok this works now , thx 
But in another Tools like Msi Afterburner , know that so , i can click the Action , and then CTRL , ALT/GR + Key , it accept also ex. CTRL+ALT + Key ^^ 
Update for Reshade 5.5.2 works better now TFE + Quicksave Just Press ESC , when it Freeze , the Game will Response again
Update2: It can full fixed the Freeze , only when OBS Studio is running , no Recording/Streaming needed
