i have also send a Feature Req. to fix this , im not sure if this is a 21:9 issue !
But may you can fix this , without the Feature  it affacts 2560x1080 so far !

The HUD elements are offset by the exact same amount in each direction. However, the art elements are of different sizes, which can give the impression of being misaligned. In the future, I plan on adding support for individual placement so you can fine-tune this more. But that is for later, I don't plan on adding any new features for version 1.0. So I am going to move this to Feature Requests, so it doesn't get lost.
