I'm really only adding this because I'm aware that you (Lucius) seem keen to know of discrepancies between vanilla and TFE, even when they quite minor.
In vanilla: if run or slow movement are set to CAPS or NUMLOCK button, the button functions as a toggle.
(This can be used to effectively create the "always run" feature in vanilla)
In TFE: if run or slow are set to CAPS, it will behave the same as if set to SHIFT or CTRL or any other key, i.e. the key must be held down
