Hi This is may Random , on Second Try it did work for him
Update is no Bug yet !
he didn't pickup the Shields or no one , only there is the Secret counted , i have tested this under Dos also , is the same !
look the First Video at 0.25% you will see it better then
at Second Try he did pickup all also the Shileds !
May you can set a better Point for this or some Secret Areas ?

karjalaah ok , i now i have Check , the Coordinates with ladata , shows also the Secrets  Yes after Reload my goes down to 0% also , but that isn't realy a bug , is because Dos had no Quck Save/Reload , but may can Lucius fix that ! , but the 19% in the PDA are still there , also after Reload.

My guess is that the secret data is preserved. They just do not update the variable used in LADATA upon reload.
