I've been testing AI side by sideon (TFE vs DOS) in a custom map which is in the attachment and here are things I have noticed.
Troopers - no differences spotted
Boba Fett - TFE AI likes to hug walls and he doesn't try to face you (you can see his all "idle" facings) and it doesn't try to fly towards you. DOS behavior ain't perfect, but you can see that Boba always tries to face you (you bareylu see his side or back facings) and at least tries flying towards player more often. Shooting missiles in TFE and DOS appears to be the same.
Droids - no differences spotted
Kell Dragon - no differences spotted
Ree-yees - when they try to change moving direction, they are stuck for a moment (walking without moving) and then they change direction. In DOS it's smooth, no getting stuck.
Pigs - In TFE it feels like they often try to hit in you, while in DOS after hitting they walk a bit and then try to attack again. And just like Ree-yees, they can stuck briefly when they try to change moving direction.
DT1 - after melee attack, DT1 tries to circle you and it gets stuck. In DOS it's the same behavior, but it doesn't get stuck and tries to attack you again.
DT2 - no differences spotted
DT3 - Missile missiles work in TFE while in DOS, they are buggy, while it is different, I believe you actually fixed that in TFE
