V 1.0 the illuminate sign flag seems not to be working in GPU renderer. It works ok in software renderer.

It's used in a handful of places to make switches appear brighter

Hi Do you have compared this with the Dos Version ? It looks a bit wrong in Software Mode , and right in the Hardware Mode for me.
Does the Switch'es Fade in/out or is this a Static Light in the Software Mode ?

The light doesn't change, its static. The software renderer in TFE is correct compared to the old DOS version. The DOS version has the same illuminated switches too.

It is a wall flag.
In DOS version and software mode, it causes a sign (eg. a switch) to be fully illuminated under all light conditions. It is seldom used in the original 14 maps (this place in Nar Shaddaa is one example). It may affect mods which use the flag to make switches and decals appear bright in dark areas

Thanks for the report. Yeah that looks like an oversight with the GPU Renderer.
Unlike the high-resolution software renderer - which was derived directly from the fixed-point renderer, the GPU Renderer is a full re-implementation so it can use the GPU hardware. So differences like this should be flagged and fixed, they are not intentional - except for a few bugs not replicated (like floor/ceiling snapping and sorting errors) and new features like sky rendering modes, perspective-correct pitch, etc.
