Dears,
First of all I would like to praise you, you have really done a wonderful job. "Dark Forces" was the first game that really excited me about computer games and I still enjoy playing it today. That you made this port was a brilliant idea, finally I can play it with mouse look, I've been dreaming about it for about 30 years! Now my question: Can it be that there are more opponents than in the "original" game and that they shoot faster and / or better - or am I just too old?

I’ve compared the original dos version and TFE a lot to find out, if there is any strange behavior in TFE, if it’s in the original release too. I can see no difference. Especially not in the enemy placement. This data is coded in the original old data from 1995, not in TFE.

Thank you all for your comments. I made a quick check now with the level "Jabbas vessel" and yes, indeed, there were also 6 Kell dragons - i could swear there were only 2 of them also in hard mode. The good thing is i can play the game like the first time but the bad thing is that i have to realize that 30 years have not passed me by without a trace  |

TFE doesn't add any extra enemies, or make them tougher. However, the difficulty you play on does effect this. |
