I want to delete the ini file and start again as now my FPS never surpasses 144FPS an drops below 100FPS frequently. Before, when I disabled V-Sync The Force Engine was running between 3000-4000FPS, but now even with V-Sync off it never surpasses 144FPS. I'd like to wipe the ini file and set the game up again. My CPU is an AMD Ryzen 9 3900x, my GPU is a Gigabyte Eagle RTX3070, and I have 32Gb 2400 DDR4 RAM.
